The Role: You will bring your strong experience to this well maintained, well managed PUMPING venue. The venue consists of 2 bars, large function space, strong gaming room and busy food trade. You will be capable of managing day and night shifts and staff up to 30 per service. You will not only have the experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar role and style venue - you will also have the passion for the indutry that you have dedicated your career to. You will be mentored and managed by one of the strongest GM's in the industry and have opportunity to grow and develop within the venue and group. You: At least 3 years in a similar venue - big and busy! Strong financial acumen - not only understand the daily takings, cash up etc but also a handle on wage percentages and profit margins. Stock ordering and stocktaking experience Good cellar management understanding Strong gaming focus - understand service standards for gaming patrons. A want to prove yourself within a strong group and further develop and progress. Good customer service and the ability to train and mentor to your standard.
